  • How can I book an appointment?
    You can book an appointment quickly and easily online. Here you can also check current prices, availability and book 24/7 (even during closed hours). An upfront payment will be required to secure your booking, this will go towards your final balance due.
  • How far do you travel for bookings?
    The areas mainly covered for bookings are within the Birmingham, Walsall and surrounding areas in the West Midlands. For long distance travel appointments, or special bookings within your hotel or private location, please get in touch directly to discuss and confirm pricing.
  • I can't see or find the appointment time I need?
    If you can't see the date or time you need on our booking system, it is possible that there are no free slots available. Please check Instagram & Facebook for any last minute booking availability. As appointments fill up fast, advanced booking is recommended to get the time & date you prefer. Please note, same day appointments are not offered due to limited pre-booked slots.
  • Why do I need to pay an upfront fee for my appointment?
    All appointments first come first served and require a booking fee to secure your slot. By paying the booking fee, your guaranteeing your appointment slot and agreeing to attend at the booked date/time. Don't worry, your upfront payment goes towards your final balancet, meaning that you will only pay the remaining balance on the day.
  • Can I have my friend, partner or child(ren) with me at my appointment?"
    For health and safety reasons, please make sure no extra guests, children or babies are at your booked appointment. If you have special circumstances that extra guest need to be with you, please get in touch directly. This is your nail pamper, so it's better to be alone and enjoy your booked session to the fullest.
  • Can I cancel my appointment?
    A minimum notice is required to move, change or cancel appointments. Should you need to cancel your appointment without the required notice, the following charges apply. • Less than 48 hours notice = 50% of services charged • Same day or No show (not attend with no contact) = 100% of services charged Any cancellation charge(s) are applied automatically; alternatively, charge(s) must be paid in full before any future appointments can be offered to you.
  • Can I change or cancel my booking?
    A minimum notice is required to change appointments. If you need to change your appointment without the required notice, the following cancellation charges will apply. • Less than 48 hours notice = 50% of services charged • Same day or No show (not attend with no contact) = 100% of services charged Any cancellation charge(s) will be applied automatically. These charge(s) will need to be paid in full before any future appointments can be offered.
  • Do you offer nail infills or maintenance?
    Yes, a full maintenance appointment is done each time your nails are book in for this. This is charged that same as a new set. Your nails will be completely rebalanced and restructured at your appointment. Infills and maintenance is 3-4 weeks to avoid damage to your natural nails.
  • I've broken/damaged a nail, what should I do?"
    Your nails are guaranteed with a no-cost repair for the first 7 days after application. In the unlikely event that you have an issue with your nails, or broken one, please get in touch to book a repair as soon as possible. Please do not use glue to stick down your nails or pull off as this can cause long term damage. Any cause of any a nail break will be fully checked out to remedy. If the breakage is due not following aftercare, the full cost of the appointment will be charged.
  • I have had my nails done elsewhere, can you infill them?"
    Sorry, only nails applied here can be infilled or repaired. Please book in for a full removal and a new set if required.
  • Are the products you use cruelty free & vegan?
    Yes, all acrylic and gel products used within the salon are vegan and cruelty free. Only professional salon and premium quality products are used; all approved for use within the United Kingdom. Absolutely no MMA (Methyl Methacrylate), or cheap, low quality products are used for your nails.
  • How much will it cost for a custom set of nails?
    This will depend on your chosen length, design & any extras i.e. bling etc. There are a number of individual nail art packages available which include a set level and time of nail art. Full bespoke designs will need to be quoted on request. Very intricate nail art can take anything up to 45 minutes per nail, this can add up to 4 hours ontop of your regular appointment slot. These longer appointments for times bespoke nail art is considered a 'double/triple' appointment slot and charged accordingly. Feel free to send photo's of your design ideas to get an estimated cost.
  • I'm not sure of the design I would like, can you help?"
    Of course! Please contact us before booking to discuss your requirements. We'll ask for you send us a few photos (from Pinterest, Instagram, etc), so that we can get an idea of your nail style & personality. It is important to know what you'd like beforehand so that enough time is allocated for your design. A sample sketch of your design is offered as standard with bespoke sets, to help you see your design layout before it is created on your nails.
  • How can I pay?
    Once you have paid your booking fee online, the remaining balance is due in full at the time of your treatment. Payments can be made with Cash, Chip & Pin, Contactless and Apple Pay (for transactions under £45). All outstanding balances must be cleared before you leave the salon. No offers to pay later or IOU's will be accepted.
  • Can I get a refund?
    As per booking policy, your upfront booking fee is non-refundable. All payments made to us are non-refundable under any circumstances. As a 'service based' business, no refunds are offered for any treatments carried out however, a complimentary (free) repair is available within the first 7 days. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your service(s), please get in touch immediately to discuss.
  • Where are you based?
    Nzuri Nails is a dedicated travel based Nail Art Professional, offering luxury nail services that come to where you are. All nail services and nail training is carried out on a travel basis. You can pre-book your appointment directly to guarantee your regular nail sessions.
  • Is there parking available?
    There is free parking directly outside, and on the roads local to the salon. Please note, there is a 2 hour limit when parking inside the restricted spaces (between 8am and 6.30pm, Monday – Saturday). There is also a pay & display a short distance away on the Day Street Car Park (opposite Walsall Magistrates Court). Sunday is free parking with no limit or restrictions, parking is available all day free of charge.
  • What days do you offer training courses?
    Accredited training courses are planned in advanced and take place on Mondays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. These can vary from month to month. Private 1-1 skill building training can be arranged upon request. Please check availability online or get in touch directly for extra dates.
  • Do you offer online training courses?
    Yes, you can check out the online courses available here. There are also skill building 1 to 1 online sessions available, if you are already qualified and would like to learn a specific skill.
  • Are your courses linked to a specific brand?
    Nzuri Nails accredited courses are 'generic' training courses. This means that we are not linked or affiliated with any particular brand. You will free to purchase and use any brand of product(s) following completion.
  • What safety measures are you taking as a result of COVID-19?
    A thorough risk assessment has been completed to ensure all necessary precautions have been taken to keep to safe. You can read our most up to date information here.
