Your health & safety is priority. As the situation with the pandemic changes, every extra safety measures will be followed to keep the studio clean, beautiful & safe & space. 


As a private 1-1 based salon, we continue to provide a healthy & relaxed atmosphere, especially if you still feel a little anxious at times.  You can be sure that every precaution is taken to maintain a thoroughly sanitised, and well protected salon environment to the highest standards each time you visit.

Please note: Following the move to Step 4 on 19th July, all safety policies (including Masks) will remain unchanged and in place, to help keep everyone safe and limit any transmission of the virus.


  1. A full risk assessment completed, following Government guidance for Close Contact Services here.

  2. A maximum limit of 1 client in the studio at one time. (MAX 2 students at a time for training)

  3. No waiting area available - please wait outside until you are invited to come in.

  4. A fask mask, visor AND gloves will be worn by the Nail Technician.

  5. You will need to put on your face mask before entering the studio, and sanise your hands on entry.

  6. Extra time (15 - 30mins) is allocated between appointments for cleaning and sanisation duties.

  7. Additional training including Barbicide COVID-19 has been completed, for the most up to date disinfection & sanitation techniques.

  8. You'll be asked to complete a 'Health Screening Form’ at least 24 hours before each appointment.

  9. Sadly, no extra guests including friends, partners or children are allowed.

  10. Food items aren't allowed inside the salon however, free bottled water is available if you need :) .


• You'll be notified immediately if there is any sickness.  Your booking may also be changed at short notice.
• Cleaning times are doubled in communal areas; this will include (but not limited to), all tools, furniture items and areas, before and after every client.
• Eco-friendly, disposable items (wherever possible) will be used, to reduce any impact on the environment.



• If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your booking and stay home.

Please wait at least of 14 days when booking, on return from any Country outside of the U.K.

• To leave any extra items at home or in the car i.e. jacket, shopping, food, scarf, bags, etc.


• If you do bring with personal items, please leave them in the secure storage at the front of the salon.


• To not to handle or use your mobile phone, or touch your face, hair or mouth during services.



Appointments -

Book online up to 2 days in advanced, and up to 5 weeks in future.  Due to a extra cleaning times, only 3 to 5 booking slots are available per day - please book well in advance to secure the date and time you need.


Before you attend -

Please complete your Health Screening before coming, your booking will only go ahead if this is completed, signed & returned.  If you have recently come back from abroad, please wait at least 14 days for your appointment (booking from the 15th day onwards).


Please note, some treatments have been temporarily removed from the service menu, including some lash treatments until further notice.


Payments -


Although contactless card payments are encouraged (to minimise contact), cash will still be accepted - please bring the correct funds, as change cannot be given.  Payment in advanced is preferred (using the payment link in your booking email).
